What do you like best about GReminders? Once my account was set up, everything else was a breeze. What do you dislike about GReminders? Everything is working well. There is nothing I dislike. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Greminders allowed me to reclaim my time. My clients receive appointment reminders and the software has decreased my missed appointment rate.

What do you like best about GReminders? It helps with time being saved for our staff to do other tasks What do you dislike about GReminders? You can lose or not know where to locate if someone responds back to you through the reminder. I need to document it and can't find it. What do you like best about GReminders? What we like the most is the integration into Redtail. Redtail is our lifeline so it's nice having meetings input directly there. It would be really nice to have an option to embed the scheduling link onto our website to allow clients to see all our team members and then give them the option to choose a team member when booking. What do you like best about GReminders? We love how easy it was to set up and use to automate texts and emails to potential clients for setting appointments What do you dislike about GReminders? We have not really found any downsides other than it taking a little bit of time from when the lead comes in to when Greminders activates What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Automates sending out text and email links for scheduling

What do you like best about GReminders? Its helped keep me on task by providing me reminders of important appts in my calendar ahead of time via text. What do you dislike about GReminders? The fact that I have to use a separate integration for text reminders. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Being on-time for appts; the email/computer notifications weren't helpful as a text message that I get from GReminders.

What do you like best about GReminders? It is HIPAA compliant and so easy for clients to go in and schedule a day and time that works best for them. There are no forgotten logins or passwords!
