What do you like best about GReminders? Once my account was set up, everything else was a breeze. What do you dislike about GReminders? Everything is working well. There is nothing I dislike. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Greminders allowed me to reclaim my time. My clients receive appointment reminders and the software has decreased my missed appointment rate.

You can lose or not know where to locate if someone responds back to you through the reminder. I need to document it and can't find it. The fact that I have to use a separate integration for text reminders. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Being on-time for appts; the email/computer notifications weren't helpful as a text message that I get from GReminders.

What do you like best about GReminders? It is HIPAA compliant and so easy for clients to go in and schedule a day and time that works best for them. There are no forgotten logins or passwords!
