What do you like best about GReminders? I love that our customers have the ability to confirm or cancel their appt.without having to call into the office, or the office having to call them. What do you like best about GReminders? I found this service when my EHR jacked up their prices for appointment reminders. It largely works well, and I appreciated the HIPAA compliant option. Overall I like it! What do you dislike about GReminders? At times my clients say they didn't get their reminder and it isn't in spam. I can't quite figure out why that happens. A GReminders rep called me as soon as I signed up and walked me though every single step to make sure I understood. I have reached pout with questions and have been responded to in 20 minutes or less.The system pulled in our calenders with no issues. What do you like best about GReminders? I like that I was able to schedule a call with someone to get help almost immediately. I've only been using GReminders for about a month now, and I absolutely love it! My clients say the reminders are helpful and they actually end up showing up to our sessions.
