"This is a great tool for communicating with our customers"

What do you like best about GReminders? Greminders is the easiest way for us to communicate with our customers. It is no muss, no fuss. We simply type their phone number and email address into the Google calendar entry, and they received notification of when we are arriving. Quite a few of the customers communicate with us, too, which is great. I highly recommend this product. What do you dislike about GReminders? Nothing! It's great. What do you like best about GReminders? The reliability of text reminders without having to put a ton of thought or tracking/adjustments into it. What do you dislike about GReminders? This isn't necessarily GReminders' fault - but I wish I could organize my schedule more or integrate with other EHRs to make life a bit more simple. What do you like best about GReminders? Greminders does the work of sending out client reminders and Zoom links without me having to manually do it. Hire an automated system to do things if you can! It will save you time and sanity. What do you dislike about GReminders? Sometimes the system glitches and doesn't sync correctly to my calendars. What do you like best about GReminders? Convenient to set up, user friendly integrations. What do you dislike about GReminders? I don't really dislike anything. I wish there was a budget option that gives some sms reminders for small practices. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to let clients self schedule easily, with a few intake questions to dictate my follow up. I also appreciate the email reminders and integration with various video platforms.

What do you like best about GReminders? Prior to G-Reminders we did not have a way to have our clients confirm the appointment. Since implementing this program, we have had fewer "no shows", which means less wasted work hours. What do you dislike about GReminders? What do you like best about GReminders? Much time and effort have been put into this system to make it user-friendly and intuitive.
