"Helps me get more shown appointments"

What do you like best about GReminders? I like that it automatically sends out reminders to clients for meetings. Working in the real estate industry, a lot of times people seem to forget or have something lined up and G reminders gets more people to show up. What do you dislike about GReminders? The interface isn't as good as it could be. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping with people not showing up to appointments.

What do you like best about GReminders? We book client meetings 12 months in advance so getting a 14 day and 24 hour reminder is essential to ensure they don't forget we are coming! What do you dislike about GReminders? I cannot get client names embedded onto the remnders. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Supports clients to never forget an appointment or reschedule if needed.

What do you like best about GReminders? Ability to see when a client has responded to a calendar reminder and what their response was. What do you dislike about GReminders? Not able to communicate with client, except use of auto-replies. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to remind customers about their appointments and able to track whether or not we need to reschedule in a timely manner.

What do you like best about GReminders? Support staff is very responsive and willing to work with their product to create new solutions to problems. We use GReminders for booking most of our meetings and their text reminders have significantly reduced our no-show appointments. What do you dislike about GReminders? What do you like best about GReminders? I love that our customers have the ability to confirm or cancel their appt.without having to call into the office, or the office having to call them. What do you like best about GReminders? GReminders is simple, easy to use and effectively reminds clients of their appointments. The company upgrades the system frequently and makes it more efficient without complicating it. Whenever we have issues or questions, the customer support has been fantastic! What do you like best about GReminders? I found this service when my EHR jacked up their prices for appointment reminders. It largely works well, and I appreciated the HIPAA compliant option. Overall I like it! What do you dislike about GReminders? At times my clients say they didn't get their reminder and it isn't in spam. I can't quite figure out why that happens.
