Not being able to send out a reminder manually and not being able to customize the timing between "immediately" and "1 hour" (30 mins would be perfect). We customize the reminders according to whose calendar the event is scheduled for. This is especially useful for us in scheduling quotes for our construction company. What do you like best about GReminders? It was very easy to set up my first event. I also like that there were links in the notification email when you schedule a meeting that let you reschedule or cancel it. What do you dislike about GReminders? The system doesn't keep me logged in for long and I have to sign in almost every time I want to check something. This gets annoying very fast. Other than that, I like almost everything. What do you like best about GReminders? It is a HIPPA-compliant self-scheduler for clients. It was the most affordable scheduler with HIPPA BAA. The interface looks nice & is very easy to use. Great google calendar sync. What do you dislike about GReminders? The HIPPA-compliant BAA only came with a higher-level plan than I needed initially. There should be an option to purchase the BAA separately & still remain on a lower plan if you have less clients. What problems is GReminders solving ...

What do you like best about GReminders? Set it and forget it! Very helpful in eliminating no-shows for meetings. What do you dislike about GReminders? I work with clients in various time zones and reminder can only be sent for my time zone. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Automated reminders for appointments.

"Great, simple to use and setup and functional."

What do you like best about GReminders? I like the fact that there is a free package available, since I use it for personal use. What do you dislike about GReminders? Sending SMS messages involves a cost, other than that, nothing else comes to mind. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? It sends me a reminder that I have setup in my calendar. Considering the fact that it works with a Calendar is a fantastic bonus.
