What do you like best about GReminders? it's simple to use for both my clients and me. The client gets the reminder about our appointment and can reschedule, cancel or confirm. What do you like best about GReminders? We have been using Greminders for about 1 month, it has helped to reduce our no shows and rescheduled meetings. What do you dislike about GReminders? The lack of integration directly with our crm can some times lead to time zone confusion in the system. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Not being able to send out a reminder manually and not being able to customize the timing between "immediately" and "1 hour" (30 mins would be perfect).
