Like any new software it takes some getting used to, but the more time you spend learning the myriad resources its well worth it. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Its providing more choices for our clients when they schedule with us and their reviews thus far have been very positive.

Sometimes none of my appointments are confirmed, I'm not sure if there's a glitch in the system, or if I had a day with zero responses, which is possible though unlikely. What do you dislike about GReminders? When manually confirming that you cannot confirm through redtail. I do not like that you have to log into to Greminders, and as admin, I have to log into each advisor separately to manually confirm the appointment. What do you like best about GReminders? The automated reminders through both text and email help make sure my clients keep their meetings with me. There's no excuse of "I forgot". What do you dislike about GReminders? Honestly, I don't have any issues with it. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure clients remember meetings, also setting up with my Gcalendar allows me to easily see who has confirmed/cancelled throughout the day.
