What do you like best about GReminders? It creates a far more user-friendly experience for our clients when scheduling meetings. What do you dislike about GReminders? Like any new software it takes some getting used to, but the more time you spend learning the myriad resources its well worth it. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Its providing more choices for our clients when they schedule with us and their reviews thus far have been very positive.

What do you like best about GReminders? Reminders are sent automatically connected to a theme on my calendar. What do you dislike about GReminders? There is a limit to reminders I can send with the free version. I don't necessarily need them to text me back. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending reminders from my google calendar automatically so I don't have to do it manually.

What do you like best about GReminders? Clients receiving texts to remind them of their appointment and that they are able to text to confirm or cancel their appointment. What do you dislike about GReminders? When manually confirming that you cannot confirm through redtail. I do not like that you have to log into to Greminders, and as admin, I have to log into each advisor separately to manually confirm the appointment. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting ...

What do you dislike about GReminders? Honestly, I don't have any issues with it. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure clients remember meetings, also setting up with my Gcalendar allows me to easily see who has confirmed/cancelled throughout the day.
