What do you like best about GReminders? The best feature of GReminders is the "set-it-and-forget-it" feature. You can simply set it up and go on with office life. "Book Appointments Faster!"

What do you like best about GReminders? We used to email clients back and forth to set up an appointment. This would cost us time and money because our competition would often book the appointment sooner. We are now able to get the client to book with us faster. Also, it sends the client and us a reminder that an appointment is coming up. What do you dislike about GReminders? I have no complaints about this product. It offers a lot of bells and whistles. That I have to add their phone number to my calender so that the reminder is sent out to client. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Just scheduling and making me more organized

What do you like best about GReminders? Very little info is needed to set up the reminders, email or cell #. Set it and forget it! What do you dislike about GReminders? Nothing to dislike!! Easy for administrator and clients to use. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Reminding my staff and volunteers who is on the schedule was too much work until I could put their dates with a cell number on the calendar and let GReminders work!

What do you like best about GReminders? We have been using this product for about 2 years. In that time they have rolled out several important features that have made communicating with our clients so much easier including API and the ability to charge clients after appointments are complete. In the last two years, we have only had one service interruption when they were switching servers, which lasted for maybe 24 hours. Customer service is also very easy to get in touch with.
