What do you like best about GReminders? GReminders makes my job much easier!! I mostly use GRemidners to send clients automatic appointment confirmations, reminders and surveys. GReminders provides a friendly user environment that is easy to set up and integrates well with Outlook, Salesforce, and other software. "Great program"

What do you like best about GReminders? It is helpful that you can schedule multiple people at once,many other programs don't allow that. What do you dislike about GReminders? Using the booked log view is very hard to use. There is no way to organize it by date or person. It also has duplicate appts. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to schedule multiple people at once as our company grows.

What do you like best about GReminders? Easy to set up. Easy to use. Rupdates on innovation in the program and invitation to webinars to review these. What do you dislike about GReminders? Works well for a small business platform. No drawbacks that I have encountered. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Missed appointments due to forgetting or scheduling conflicts are less frequent, which is directly relevant to the success of my business.

What do you like best about GReminders? The fact that my users can easily get reminder emails with custom messages. What do you dislike about GReminders? Complex User Interface: For some users, the platform may not be intuitive or user-friendly, requiring time to navigate and understand the various features. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping my users to remember their appointments.

What do you like best about GReminders? Easy to send a link and have appointments scheduled! What do you dislike about GReminders? I dislike that I can't be more specific i with dates available and blocks of time I'm not. Have to choose a specific time period for each day of the week, and then if it fluctuates the following week I have to go and change it again, when I'd like to block certain days since my schedule isn't set in stone. "We use it for high school students but the onboarding is difficult."

What do you like best about GReminders? The SMS feature. We also like how our youth will use it and how they would rather communicate via text compared to an email. I also enjoy the calander feature. What do you dislike about GReminders? Learning how to use it has been difficult I think having a training video on youtube would help. "Consistent but could use some tweaks"

What do you like best about GReminders? It is automatic and once I enter a phone number, it is all set to go. What do you dislike about GReminders? The website is not great and I can't use it on my phone. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to remind patients about their appointments and sometimes decreasing no-show appointments.

What do you like best about GReminders? It certainly makes it easier for me to set up networking meetings with other business owners. What do you dislike about GReminders? I wish there were more ways to integrate with Google Workspace. It would be nice if there was a way to track/gather GReminder data in sheets. HIPAA compliance would also be a nice feature.
