"Greminders works great for me"

What do you like best about GReminders? The fact that my users can easily get reminder emails with custom messages. What do you dislike about GReminders? Complex User Interface: For some users, the platform may not be intuitive or user-friendly, requiring time to navigate and understand the various features. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping my users to remember their appointments.

"Consistent but could use some tweaks"

What do you like best about GReminders? It is automatic and once I enter a phone number, it is all set to go. What do you dislike about GReminders? The website is not great and I can't use it on my phone. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to remind patients about their appointments and sometimes decreasing no-show appointments.

"We use it for high school students but the onboarding is difficult."

What do you like best about GReminders? The SMS feature. We also like how our youth will use it and how they would rather communicate via text compared to an email. I also enjoy the calander feature. What do you dislike about GReminders? Learning how to use it has been difficult I think having a training video on youtube would help. Allowing my clients to select the specific appointment type that connects with their insurance type. This enables billing to occur more efficiently.

"Helps me stay organized"

What do you like best about GReminders? I like the organization of GReminders. It's nice to be able to set my working hours for each individual day, and to see apppintments listed on the calendar. What do you dislike about GReminders? I do wish there were better calendar views of working hours and individual appointments. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to coordinate appointments with various people based on my individual availability.
