Amazing high quality and all-inclusive CRM service

My experience with GreenRope has been nothing short of phenomenal.
What do you like best? What do I like best about GreenRope? Not certain that can hone in on one particular feature, so let me share the top three, or four, for me. First, it's a complete "all-in-one" CRM system - no need for a separate email campaign system. Next is the automation with the Journey feature. What do you like best? The analytics and the CRM. There is a lot of data you can collect on the activities of your contacts which allow you to be more proactive (instead of reactive) when it comes to marketing and sales. Robust with some hiccups
What do you like best? I like that I can have one hub for most of my client management, sales, and marketing needs. The Greenrope team is friendly and willing to help get you up and running. I particularly love the email and SMS automation. What do you dislike? There are some strange hiccups like an email that can only be linked with one company. For the marketing and invoices transactions, it is the world perfect CRM software.
What do you like best? For the sales and marketing management, it is the best tool for creating the online sales pipelines leading contacts. What do you like best? We are a call center and we love the functionality of the CRM and we love the ability to enable a ticketing system that will integrate with the client records for history and trends. Hesitant at first, completely satisfied there after
What do you like best? My technology skills are a bit limited. So, I was hesitant about using Greenrope when I was introduced to it. Much to my surprise I have found that the apps that I use via the company I work with flow quite nicely and were much easier to navigate than I anticipated. What do you dislike?
