First, it's a complete "all-in-one" CRM system - no need for a separate email campaign system. Next is the automation with the Journey feature. Robust with some hiccups

What do you like best? I like that I can have one hub for most of my client management, sales, and marketing needs. The Greenrope team is friendly and willing to help get you up and running. I particularly love the email and SMS automation. What do you dislike? There are some strange hiccups like an email that can only be linked with one company. Hesitant at first, completely satisfied there after

What do you like best? My technology skills are a bit limited. So, I was hesitant about using Greenrope when I was introduced to it. Much to my surprise I have found that the apps that I use via the company I work with flow quite nicely and were much easier to navigate than I anticipated. What do you dislike?
