Easy to use

What do you like best? The ease of navigating through the site, adding new contacts and viewing CRM activities. What do you dislike? There are a lot of areas where it would be helpful to be able to export information into a spreadsheet for sorting purposes and also for mailings we do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problem solving, however it's nice to have all our prospect data in one place.

What do you like best? GreenRope has all of the features of other 3rd party email client with CRM features and includes many functions that are expensive add-ons in Constant Contact. What do you like best? Our organization has had a stellar experience with Greenrope. The customer service is amazing, the staff is quick to resolve issues, the product is phenomenal.
