Greenrope CRM provides excellent customer srevice
What do you like best? The Greenrope CRM is robust and always adding new features. But the absolute best part of GreenRope is the hands on service. Whenever we have an issue, it is immediately handled personally by their top staff. That translates to NO downtime and saves us money. What do you dislike? Good features with complicated navigation.
What do you like best? Help is really easy to find and access, either in the chat window, via email. or by calling. What do you dislike? Navigation doesn't make sense to me, and I have a hard time remembering where features are located. Reliable and secure
What do you like best? Easy stat tracking, sending newsletters, lots of web tools What do you dislike? hard to modify forms and surveys using CSS, overview layout is a little cluttered What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The email blast is part of their software and a 3rd party isn't needed. What do you dislike? When importing data, mapping can be time consuming. Absolutely worth the investment
What do you like best? Marketing automation is on par with the "big boys" but far less expensive. CRM is robust and easy to use. What do you dislike? Recently redesigned app is difficult to use Recommendations to others considering the product: app an be a bit confusing to use - otherwise this is a great product supported by a terrific team! Absolutely love GreenRope and their team!
What do you like best? It streamlines everything and combines all marketing efforts that my company does in one place. The reporting tools are awesome and so helpful. What do you dislike? There's a lot to learn at first, but once you get the hang of it, having all those tools is so awesome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to use 3 different platforms for email, membership and analytics, and now everything is one place!

Good Experience with Greenrope
What do you like best? The ability to combine mass email, tracking, and a CRM are unbeatable. Great price point What do you dislike?
