What do you like best? Using Green rope is very easy. The website is user friendly and the interface is intuitive.. Their customer service is second to none. What do you like best? We love the access to support when we have questions. What do you dislike? I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about GR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have an extremely easy way to stay in touch with our contacts and set up events and drip campaigns.

Highly customizable solution for small business
What do you like best? Integrated website, email blasts, CRM and task manager. What do you dislike? Steep learning curb, but fantastic support. Recommendations to others considering the product: Buy the extra training What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to track customer behaviour! It's like video surveillance in your bricks and mortar store, you can see what is working and why.

This program makes my job as a marketer so much easier.
What do you like best? The combination of email, web and content integration plus all the reporting are terrific. What do you dislike? It's a robust program and they are constantly adding features so it's hard to keep up with. I know it does much more than I've used.
