Easy to Navigate & Best Support Team Around!

What do you like best? Everything within the system is very well thought-out. The way the platform is organized just makes sense. Thankfully, if I'm ever confused on a function or how to complete a specific task, the "Help" center is incredible. There are a multitude of instruction guides, videos, and more to help walk you through each process within GreenRope. I have worked with HubSpot, Infusion-soft, Pipeline Deals, and Salesforce. What do you like best? The ability of the tool is great. It's very powerful once you figure out all the system, however it's not a user-friendly platform. GreenRope enables you to really do a lot of different marketing automation campaigns tied to third party platforms, probably one of the best tools for it on the market. What do you dislike? The fees. Great Support!

What do you like best? Workflow for event and event check in plus name badges all in one place. Drip campaigns What do you dislike? Too much in one place.... takes time to learn how to do things... great but takes time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? New customer drip campaign, annual events, etc. After we get going, we will have more time to do other things better and have new marketing campaign go out automatically.

What do you like best? Value of tools vs competitive products is much better What do you dislike? A bit difficult to use which is partly due to all that it can do. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just plan time to set up and implement everything it can do you will not be ready in a weekend. What problems are you solving with the product?
