Has great intuitive features, but hard to find some features and schedule interviews
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the platform and landing page. What do you dislike? How long it takes to find certain settings What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems of keeping interviewers accountable when interviewing. Scorecard reminders are great.

What do you like best? Our CSM Maureen is wonderful and attentive. Product continues to develop which is great to see. Integrations are top notch. Recruiters are able to use it easily. What do you like best? Flexibility and customisation are the best. Tony, Sonja are really great. Customer support and analytics support are amazing. The account manager is amazing. What do you like best? Easy dashboard and very intuitive. Common sense can usually get you to where you need to be or what you need to resolve What do you dislike? What do you like best? Greenhouse is a great solution for structured hiring and has the ability to customize lots of its features.
