Greenhouse is a great ATS

What do you like best? I enjoy the ease and simplicity of Greenhouse. The reporting and metrics are very concise and accurate. Greenhouse is very user friendly for those who aren't as familiar with ATS functions. What do you dislike? There's a lot of hoops to jump through when trying to make any adjustments or revisions. Very good ATS

What do you like best? Very relevant and usable for end to end ATS recruitment hiring. What do you dislike? Limited scorecard templates to be used for each role. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? End to end recruitment. Saves alot of time screening and scheduling interviews.

What do you like best? The ease of usability and efficient workflow that is also customizable. What do you dislike? Some tasks remain manual, like removing duplicates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving problems around interviewers not filling out scorecards. With scorecards being customizable, we were able to design a template that works and that interviewers will fill out with meaningful data.

Best ATS I've ever used in my career.

What do you like best? The flexibility with customization that allows for robust tracking and reporting What do you dislike? I wish there were more options for building your own reports combining different report types (i.e. combing job summary report data fields with job status report data fields). Great User Experience!

What do you like best? The interface is clean and intuitive. It does not take too many clicks to navigate and the customer service is down to earth and responsive. We can leverage chat and also have an account rep that is helpful. Mobile app is good, although not every feature is available on it. Release notes and improvements are almost weekly. I find the tool well adapted to my needs and the customer support team outstanding

What do you like best? CX relationship is outstanding, I find them really responsive. I also especially like that we can adapt and "shape" the platform to our own needs. It is great. What do you like best? The integrations make it more organized! Like the Grayscale texting. Stages are easy to see and schedule. What do you dislike? Spark Hire integration needs some improvements - being able to resend from Greenhouse and ability to select a time zone. The UTC is confusing for candidates.
