Best ATS for middle/big-size companies

What do you like best? Really exhaustive and highly customizable ATS. Very detailed view for the talent acquisition team, and simpler view for the hiring managers and interviewers, especially when you have a massive amount of jobs, openings, departments, and candidates. Great ATS but can be overwhelming

What do you like best? I love how it keeps me organized. All applicants are in one place and easily accessible. What do you dislike? It can be a bit overwhelming with all of the features. This isn't necessarily a bad thing of course. It is fantastic to have many different features. It can just be a bit complicated to get the answer on how to use them. What do you like best? The stages that show you where each candidate is. What do you dislike? The scheduling feature and referral feature. Employees can submit the same referral. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a good tool for reporting and tracking hiring. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving issues with our hiring needs. It's nice to have one place to track all interviews.
