"Successful and evolving"
What do you like best about Greenbits? The simplicity of use. For a POS system, it's easy to learn. I have staff that have come over from other POS systems, and I have staff that have never used a POS system in general. It's always easy to teach them and people get it fast. Also, discounting is simple and Inventory (is always a pain) but GB has a straight forward way of intaking and auditing products. What do you dislike about Greenbits? What do you like best about Greenbits? The interface on the mac os/ios looks more professional and catchy to the eye than any other device, with excellent visuals and pleasing color schemes used for attraction and easy to use. What do you dislike about Greenbits? Customer service is not up to the mark. What do you like best about Greenbits? Greenbits operates on an iPad which looks sleeker and more professional on our counters. What do you dislike about Greenbits? Terrible customer service, spend a lot of time being ran in circles. Never compatible with the latest version of iOS. Recommendations to others considering Greenbits: Don't use Socket Scanners. What problems is Greenbits solving and how is that benefiting you? Greenbits allows us to track our inventory efficiently.

What do you like best about Greenbits? I enjoy how simple Greenbits is to use. The system is pretty straightforward and easy to train others to learn to use. Greenbits reward system would definitely be my favorite part. What do you dislike about Greenbits? I dislike the customer service end of Greenbits.
