They charge you "overage" charges for foreign spam calls!
Grasshopper started out okay. Then I noticed my bill nearly doubled in one month! I called in to investigate and they said I had foreign overage charges, doubling my bill! I asked about it and said they could see that I had not dialed out international, but instead spammers from outside the U.S. are calling me and leaving messages with nothing in them, resulting in overage charges. They agreed to refund the charges "this time." I asked what I could do to avoid it in the future. They said to ...

There is no need of office assistant

We are able to work together with employees who live in different countries. Grasshopper helped me get started
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Garsshopper helps us assign calls to a praticular users or more of them, regardless of whether we're in the same room or miles away from each other. It is an easygoing program that 'cleaned' the mess off my desk, becuase I have international employees even if I'm running a relatively small buisness (selling sunglasses stripes).
