Excellent customer service!
What do you like best? Good, hands-on training videos and I can always talk to a live person if I so desire. What do you dislike? Manually applying each online payment. It would also be easier if my families had the option to choose which line items they wish to pay during a specific billing cycle. Mostly pleased, but has some issues.
What do you like best? Customer Service is top-notch! Same day answers more often than not and the people are very kind and patient. What do you dislike? Sometimes the teachers tell me that they have entered grades and they disappear and must be re-entered. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Attendance, Grading, Populating Classes, Running Report Cards and Progress Reports, Storing Contact Information, Email Blasts.

What do you like best? I like gradelink a lot because it has the perfect tools and resources needed to keep our students grades organized. What do you dislike? Nothing at all. Simple program that meets our needs
What do you like best? I like that I can create my own grading scales simply. I like that the program works without technical difficulty. User friendly and videos to teach staff how to work the system. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to format the grade report so that I can have more options about how exactly I want to format what gets sent home to parents. What do you like best? That it stores the grades and attendance in an organized manner. What do you dislike? That it is not intuitive or efficient to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping grades for students. It keeps data organized and shareable.

Ok for grades, but very limited otherwise
What do you like best? The interface is fairly straightforward and easy to use. What do you dislike? The software is dated looking and pretty limited in its ability. Very little customization available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love the accessibility of inputting your grades and staying on track with attendance. The user interface is fast and easy to work in. What do you dislike?
