Mostly pleased, but has some issues.

What do you like best? Customer Service is top-notch! Same day answers more often than not and the people are very kind and patient. What do you dislike? Sometimes the teachers tell me that they have entered grades and they disappear and must be re-entered. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Attendance, Grading, Populating Classes, Running Report Cards and Progress Reports, Storing Contact Information, Email Blasts.

What do you like best? Good, hands-on training videos and I can always talk to a live person if I so desire. What do you dislike? Manually applying each online payment. It would also be easier if my families had the option to choose which line items they wish to pay during a specific billing cycle. What do you like best? While Gradelink has the ability to do everything our school needs from an online system, it is unbelievably easy to use. We have needed support so rarely, but any time we have called them, we've been taken care of quickly and well. What do you like best? That it stores the grades and attendance in an organized manner. What do you dislike? That it is not intuitive or efficient to use.
