Quick entry and good performance, with comprehensive functionality

What do you like best? Gradelink does it all, and is constantly being improved/enhanced. Their customer support is superb. The cost structure makes it a true deal when compared to other SIMS. What do you like best? The best things about Gradelink are the ease of use and the customer service. When you have a staff who vary in technology competency from complete beginners to advanced users, all of whom have little additional time to figure out how to complete a task, the user interface in integral to success. What do you like best? From the very start (literally the first time I visited their website, I was treated like a valued customer by Gradelink. Gradelink Makes it Easy

What do you like best? We started using Gradelink a few years ago. It has significantly improved the way teachers record grades, communicate with parents, list assignments, complete lesson plans, and so much more. What do you like best? customer service is awesome. They always do their best. Their team is friendly and quickly responsive. If a call back is needed they always meet the expectation and agreed on time frame. Some of the original crew even know my voice from frequent calls and they seem genuinely happy to hear from me. We have had a wonderful, positive experience with Gradelink.

What do you like best? The Tech Support is amazing! And the administration is always ready and willing to help us. What do you dislike? I am really pleased with Gradelink but I am not sure if it is compatible with FACTS which we are thinking of using in the future. I would like it to be easier to use on my phone too. Friendly and Helpful Experience

What do you like best? Mr. Axel Maldini was very friendly and helpful to answer all of my questions and solve the issue I was experiencing. Tech Services are fantastic

What do you like best? The help group is wonderful. They are patient, responsive and knowledgeable.
