What do you like best? I like the attendance features, the calendar, behavior comment section, ease of use, and the app. Also, the birthdays of all of my students is a nice feature, especially since I see all 450 of them. Excellent product for small schools

What do you like best? Very easy to get setup and start using.The user interface is easy to learn and convince faculty to actually use. They loved the grade sheet that looked just like their paper grade book. I also love the customer service: everyone I have contacted (via email or phone is unfailingly pleasant and either has the answer or get back to me in a day or so. What do you like best? The overall design of the product and the excellence of the technical support. During my most recent call to the help desk, Wendy Ge was thoroughly knowledgeable, helpful and professional in handling my issue and resolving it completely to my satisfaction. What do you like best? Actually all that I use for my school k-8. Gradelink has been good for my school and the things our school do. All the componets are awesome. My parents love the app program because it tells about to whats going on has been a big plus. Seeing the grades in reel time has been awesome for my parents. What do you like best? User friendly and customer service are what I like best! Their are tutorials and tabs that make the program extremely easy to use. What do you like best? Gradelink is user friendly for the most part. If support is needed, customer support is there to help work through any issues. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that administrators cannot filter and print reports that we need for our school but must contact GL for custom reports What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gradelink has made it easier to print transcripts for transfer students.
