Great Reputation Marketing Platform
What do you like best? Ease of use. Simplicity of layout allows you to get to things quickly and run product demos for clients with ease. It tracks multiple areas of the process so I can see accurately what my funnels are doing and what is working versus not working for my clients. Great for Quick Wins!
What do you like best? Simple to set up and navigate. Packed with features to get honest customer feedback and leverage the good reviews into new content for website, social media, and sales collateral. What do you dislike? The price increase in 2019 was pretty steep. However, they will work with you one-on-one to negotiate a fair deal. They are not a "take it or leave it" type of company. The Only Reputation Management Software That You'll Need
What do you like best? We're able to monitor all of our client's different reputation review sites and that's huge since we don't have to login to different platforms and they all aggregate into one place. What do you dislike? The platform could be a little bit more user friendly for multiple people trying to work on a single review.
