Support is really good!
What do you like best? The product works well; its API is reasonably well documented and performs as described. I strongly recommend Grabzit/ Their servers are stable and service is very reliable. What do you dislike? I've had issue or question they have responded literary in minutes and sorted everything out. Therefore no real issues.
