What do you like best about GPS Insight? That i can get detailed reports and see time, mileage and dates i need . What do you dislike about GPS Insight? When i'm using the portal to get a detailed report; in choosing the diagnostics, i cant add more than one diagnostic at a time. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? I use this mainly for driver activity and state mileage reports. It makes it much easier for me to get the information clearly.

What do you like best about GPS Insight? GPS Insight has one of the best customer service, they are quick, friendly and competent What do you dislike about GPS Insight? What do you like best about GPS Insight? The dashboard allows you to fully customize a layout based on what's most important. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? The only thing I can think of is how the stop detail and idle time report appears. A vehicle that idles quite a bit doesn't list the items in chronological order. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped greatly with dispatch and keeping track of maintenance.

What do you like best about GPS Insight? The customer service is impeccable. Phone calls are answered on the first ring and there is always a person on the other end who will take the time to walk you through solving your problem, no matter how long it takes. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? I would love if the cost was less, but, in no way, do I feel like we are not getting our money's worth. What do you like best about GPS Insight? The reports and vehicle information is accurate and useful. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? Dead spots in tracking or locating vehicles at times. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems located would be a waste of fuel. For this problem, we are still working on a solution.

The real time GPS tracking of each vehicle and detailed reports on their activity have helped us determine schedules and where drivers are without having to call them and interrupt their work. What do you like best about GPS Insight? The support team is excellent. When problems arise, they get us back on track quickly. The product is beneficial in that it keeps our drivers honest. What do you dislike about GPS Insight? Some of the reports are hard to comprehend. What problems is GPS Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping staff accountable. The ability to nip problems in the bud.
