We've used GPS insights for over a year, and we've found their customer service to be excellent. There are a lot of companies out there offering this service, but the most critical part to us is making sure that our provider is helping us fix problems and being proactive. GPS Insights does a great job with this!

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY AND THEY HELPED US VERY MUCH TO TRACK OUR VEHICLES. WE WERE EVEN ABLE TO TRACK A STOLEN VEHICLE WITH THIS.

A verg good product.
At first we had a few problems but those have been worked out. If I do have any problems or even questions they are quickly resolved. Everyone knows their product very well and explain things to me on a level that I can understand.

Partnering with GPS Insight was a great decision for our company. After researching, we ultimately chose them because their system & dashboard seemed the most user friendly (and it still is). Knowing where our vehicles are has been critical to our growth and response time for the emergencies. It's protected us against billing disputes as well - example, when a customer said we were there only 15 minutes but our GPS said we were on site for 1-1/2 hours!
