Partnering with GPS Insight was a great decision for our company. After researching, we ultimately chose them because their system & dashboard seemed the most user friendly (and it still is). Knowing where our vehicles are has been critical to our growth and response time for the emergencies. It's protected us against billing disputes as well - example, when a customer said we were there only 15 minutes but our GPS said we were on site for 1-1/2 hours! Get our customers taken care of quickly
The program is great, I can keep track of where all our service/maintenance technicians are throughout the day. If we get an emergency call I can see who is in the area and get our customers taken care of much quicker.
