Support is incredible!
We just had our vehicles installed with GPS Asset Tracking by GPS Insight. It seems there are a number of providers for this service (I reached out to 3 or 4), but very happy we went with GPS Insight. The value for the investment is incredible. There have been multiple contacts for questions through the sales process, post-sales and pre-install, and now post-install. Any of our questions have ALWAYS been answered extremely quickly - whether by phone or email. I'm actually blown away by the ...

Great support to a large fleet
We've been using GPSI-Insight devices for our fleet of 3000+ vehicles for the past three years. I must say, Antonio Fernandez and Jason Brummet have been instrumental in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. They've been very proactive in conducting device health reviews and have always been responsive to any questions we've had. It's been great working with them both. I look forward to many more years working together.

Great support to a large fleet
We've been using GPSI-Insight devices for our fleet of 3000+ vehicles for the past three years. I must say, Antonio Fernandez and Jason Brummet have been instrumental in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. They've been very proactive in conducting device health reviews and have always been responsive to any questions we've had. It's been great working with them both. I look forward to many more years working together.

Best Vehicle GPS Service
Our company has several dozen vehicles on the GPS Insight system. We've tried other services and feel GPS Insight's mapping, mobile app, and software are superior. When we need assistance, customer service and tech support have been responsive (and U.S.-based).

Support is always super helpful and responsive
I have dealt with Nicole several times and she has always been very responsive with my issues always being resolved in a timely manner. She recently shared some guides with me so that I could update our account preferences and icons.
