VERY GOOD Customer service!

VERY GOOD Customer service! We have been using GPS Insight for about a year and the system is very useful. There is a small problem with the PNP system, the devices are rent based and can be internally damaged due to multiple users but customer service has always been top notch on replacing them. We are very happy with the use of the GPS Insight System!

GPS Insight has been a great company to work with so far. It has been easy to use and they do provide good customer service. Our only downside is that we are a rather small company so we might not have as much use for the units as we had hoped in the beginning.

It works and is decently priced. Has the ability to set whatever notifications you want but does take some setting up. Can apply to vehicles or entire fleet.

I use GPS Insight for reporting of Road Taxes and Mileage Reports to the government. It is also very useful tool in verifying delivery stops. Other departments within my company use GPS Insight also.

Very good group to work with. It has really helped put accountability in our employees to be where they say they are, to monitor speeding, and to tell when our employees will be able to get back to the office.

Great benefit to our company. We do lose connection "out of range" quite often which can be a downside but overall very pleased with the GPS system.

this is a great tool to find employees on the road immediately gps helps determine if employees have arrived on time to job site and have departed in a timely matter. my favorite part are the reports and alerts.this lets you know how the vehicles are being treated by the employees from acceleration,braking,speeding and so on. i recommend gps for every company who wants to be more efficient and involved where there employees are at especially if you handle emergency calls you could find who ...

most of the time it is on track, but not up to the hour, the day yes, but not very accurate on times.

We love GPS Insight

We love GPS Insight, once it was set up it has been very reliable, especially in storms and inclement weather when other systems are breaking down... we always know where our trucks are! Our only hurdle is keeping someone in the position of managing the changes in our vehicle fleet.
