Not the freshest UI but it works and it's reliable

What do you like best? It's easy to use once you get a feel for it. Most importantly, it's easy for the attendee to navigate. We find customers use GoToWebinar most frequently and it's an easy software install. It also integrates nicely with our CRM. What do you dislike? Definitely requires a few practice runs to ensure you've hit the Start Broadcast button or un-muted yourself (it's the worst realizing 10 mins into the webinar you were on mute the whole time. Decent service provider

What do you like best? The platform has an easy to use interface with loads of useful features. I've only used it as a viewer of webinars, but I have found it to have a very intuitive interface, as well as convenient ways to communicate with the presenter. What do you dislike? Smooth and easy conference calls!

What do you like best? My company does monthly CEO calls. GoToWebinar allows us to all join in even though we are scattered all across the country. I love that there's a place for us to anonymously ask questions or make suggestions during the call so our leadership team can respond during the Q&A section of the call. Great webinar software, very easy to use!

What do you like best? Whenever I register for a webinar, I click on the webinar link, which takes me directly to the software link to download it. Once you download the software that opens up the Citrix server, it will directly take you to the webinar interface. The webinar interface is very easy to handle. GoTo Webinar has brought us together!

What do you like best? I really enjoy being able to meet with my colleagues from the comfort of my home or office. There are a few times that someone is home sick, an awful snow storm has left us wanting to stay indoors or we are on opposite sides of the U.S, and we needed a way to get together! Consistent, easy to use, reliable service.

What do you like best? Honestly, its hard to find a really reliable service with decent customer service in a webinar platform and GoToWebinar does a great job. I enjoy that it is easily to edit, duplicate and share webinar invitations. I like the advancements they are making with the beta testing of registration from different places. What do you dislike? Good webinar solution, could be better

What do you like best? GoToWebinar is the standard all competitors compare themselves to. GoToWebinar simply works. While there are a number of improvements that could be made (and from what I have seen in beta releases, they are making improvements, GTW works and gets the job done. What do you like best? GotoWebinar is really simple to set up a webinar, set reminders and track your attendess, record sessions and even send out recording. What do you like best? GoToWebinar is easy to figure out and has useful features but isn't overly complicated to use. The support is also great. I also really like the Admin Center tab.
