User Friendly Product

What do you like best? It was very easy to learn the ins and outs of this product. There were trainings available and it is fairly intuitive. What do you dislike? It would be great to be able to associate a toll free number with webinars and meetings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting colleagues across multiple sites.

GoTo Anywhere

What do you like best? I like that it is quick, easy, and user friendly! I like how there are options to let attendees speak if you want, or mute them if needed, and the chat feature is helpful. What do you dislike? Not really anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like being able to have a live webinar with chat and be able to view a recording after the fact.

What do you like best? Really simple interface, user friendly and highly effective in it's purpose What do you dislike? You do need to persevere with getting the hang of it. Support is good however. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows for all clients to sit in on sessions and emails them a recording after if they miss it - brilliant.

What do you like best? I like that there are multiple options in choosing how to listen in to the webinar. Can listen in via computer or phone call. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about the GoToWebinar is the webinar id code. 9 digits is too long, especially if you are calling in.
