Great resource for continuing education

What do you like best? It was helpful because GoToWebinar allowed me to have access to a training that I wouldn’t have been able to attend during the quarantine. What do you dislike? I didn’t find anything that I disliked about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to be more prepared to deal with mental health issues that students face because of the training I received.

What do you like best? GotToWebinar has a clean and professional interface that works well for virtual events where you want to present a speaker or panel. The best thing is the video upload feature that provides high quality video and audio playback during the session. What do you like best? The reports are repetitive now and again to run and assemble all data Id wish to see, however, they despite everything offer a lot of data. Excellent webinar software

What do you like best? Ease of use for attendees and panelists. It's very easy to allow panelists to share their screens for presentations. Automated emails used for reminders pre webinar and messages post webinar are great. We also love that we can share the webinar recordings. What do you dislike? Getting it to work on a Mac can be cumbersome the first time. Hitting the 'Start Broadcast' button starts the webinar immediately, it would be nice if there was an 'Are you Sure' prompt ...

Terrible - look elsewhere

I've been trying to reach someone for 8 days to ADD services - spend more $$ and can't get a response, if that tells you anything. Just trying to find an email took 1+ hour. Their live chat was super rude and ended it when they found out I was an existing customer. I don't understand why companies stay in business if they don't want to help their customers?! Blows my mind.

Great for presenters and viewer alike

What do you like best? Setup for events are easy to use and maintain. Presenter controls are intuitive as well. What do you dislike? Practice feature could be a little more straightforward. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? GoToWebinar has helped our team reach hundreds of viewers as well as provide a platform for an audience to view recordings on demand. Reporting seems to be a breeze too.

Great for Training

What do you like best? How the moderator can mute all participants easily and the raise your hand feature for when you have a question. What do you dislike? Great for continuing legal education seminars

What do you like best? I use this app frequently to attend CLE meetings and seminars. It's easy to use and see all my upcoming events; the calendar integration and reminder function are useful and I rarely miss a CLE because of them. The audio has always worked well for me. What do you dislike? I dislike not being able to mute the volume completely, which is sometimes necessary if I am at work and listening to a CLE.
