Good webinar platform with solid features and reliable performance
What do you like best? The basic webinar features in GoToWebinar are fantastic to have. The platform is usable across a range of contexts, from training internally or with partners, to hosting thousands of business owners on a webinar we held with a US Senator. Overall, the platform is exactly what you want from a reliable webinar hosting platform - it lets you record your webinars, host them online with an easy-to-create customized webinar recordings page, do basic marketing ...

My Review of GoToWebinar
What do you like best? An Interesting app/software which connects with just one link click. The upside of using GoToWebinar is definitely its easy to use interface and advanced functions for screensharing. What do you dislike? Its a heavy app/software requiring too much bandwidth to function properly. Any disruption in speed of Internet automatically stop its functions or gives an error for connectivity. Recommendations to others considering the product: Its one of the best ...

Clear communication quality of GoToWebinar
What do you like best? Immediate, clear communication quality of GoToWebinar, including microphone, Cartoon Network and image. What do you dislike? Almost perfect, but I still would like to hope GoToWebinar able to adjust the world-time zone automatically such as Google Calendar. Recommendations to others considering the product: Dependent communication Quality What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I make use of GoToWebinar ...

Reliable Webinar Software
What do you like best? It has an easy to use interface to set-up webinars and customize the branding. You can easily edit and publish webinar recordings. The live polling feature is awesome! You also have the ability to attach handouts to the webinar, which we have found very helpful. What do you dislike? GoToWebinar does not have the capability for attendees to use the chat function. Only panelists and organizers can use the chat. Additionally, you can only send questions to one ...

Everything you actually NEED to run successful webinars
What do you like best? Simple intuitive interface, easy to manage the technical aspects of webinars right from setting up and inviting delegates through to live broadcast. What do you dislike? There used to be a library of poll questions that you could v=create, this appears to have been removed in the latest update Recommendations to others considering the product: There is no need to go for a higher specced platform What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Truly a 180 degree turn -- love this professional software!
What do you like best? This software is incredibly easy to use, looks professional on our end, as well as client-facing for our webinar attendees. People generally are able to join very easily, and can interact with us during and after the session using the chat and question features. (They love using those!) What do you dislike? Wow, hard to find much, but if I had to choose something to criticize, it would probably be the channel management for our recorded/published videos on ...

Easy to use, simple out of the box format
What do you like best? I like the automated email reminders and email follow ups. The recordings are easy to use. Lots of analytics and source tracking options. What do you dislike? No formatting for emails or registration page. I do not like the format that gotowebinar uses, and would like some personalization options. The dashboard is complicated, not intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: easy out of the box tool. Not a lot of personalization ...

GoToWebinar
What do you like best? Easy to switch to iPhone presentation or to another application to share to the attendees, option for a customized URL for the channel page which allows customers to view past webinars or sign up for future ones. Very easy to use. Love that I can attach handouts to the webinar so our attendees can download during the webinar. What do you dislike? The fact I have to download an application and it isn't in the browser. I would also like to see live streaming ...

An excellent webinar that's great value for money
What do you like best? It's easy and straightforward to use, it's robust and reliable too. The interaction tools are also very good - surveys, polls, handouts and videos - and useful to engage attendees, It also syncs with our marketing and CRM systems - Marketo and Salesforce - which is fantastic in terms of tracking, tagging and setting up alerts in terms of follow up. The automated emails to send the recording to attendees and non-attendee is also very useful (with different messages ...

Best Way to Replay Videos for Group Meetings, Coaching, Training, etc.
What do you like best? Up until recently, I'd only been using GoToMeeting but needed to replay some video content for my team as part of training and coaching calls and GTM does not support that very well. After speaking with a LogMeIn support rep, it was clear that I could achieve my objective using GoToWebinar instead. I've since held a number of very successful meetings, sharing 3rd party video during those calls. What do you dislike? I wish the platform would accept video ...
