Great tool for virtual meetings
What do you like best? I like the clean, professional look of GoTo Meeting and it's super easy to set up a new meeting on the fly. I have been on a phone call with coworkers and clients in the past that are having a hard time understanding something. I quickly sent a GoTo Meeting link so I could share my screen and the visual helped them immediately. I also like how you can see your meeting history. It also makes living in a "virtual world" feel a little more personal. What do you ...

very useful for meetings and screen sharing for presentations
What do you like best? video conferencing quality is very best and useful for work from home features. Sharing is very easy with GoToMeeting. If you have documents which you need to share with your team, you can make that happen instantly with this software. At the same time, you have most of the features that you’ll find with a product like Skype, including the option for add-ons that customize your service. That includes having face-to-face video contact during the meeting if you ...

Efficient for communicating
What do you like best? Pretty straight forward especially for other callers who aren't tech savvy and integrates with my Google Account without any issues. What do you dislike? The audio connection on GoToMeeting isn't as great as Zoom in my opinion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? GoToMeeting is definitely better than Skype for Business. We can always count on GoToMeeting to be able to share screens without having any issues.

Have best-in-class integrations with calendar and virtual meetings
What do you like best? We use GoToMeeting in several work departments, where we place calls with different clients, suppliers and our work partners from my company every day. It allows us to have tremendous flexibility when it comes to solving problems that would be interesting to use your screen sharing skills to address on a specific subject, but also, using just a link for countless people to register remotely for a scheduled conference to address of diverse subjects. What do you ...

GoToMeeting Works but Chrome Users Prefer Google Hangouts Video Chat
What do you like best? I enjoy the secure feeling of GoToMeeting , the video quality is decent, the interface is standard but I prefer something that integrates with the services that I already use as opposed to booting up a new program just to have a voice chat. What do you dislike? I don't like that GoToMeeting is it's own entity. I understand that's the service they provide but our company uses mainly Google products and the video chat within Google Hangouts is so seamless that ...

Great for live public broadcasting
What do you like best? Minimal interface for audience, for interaction by audience with the presenter What do you dislike? Likes (hearts) during the live session seem too cheesy Recommendations to others considering the product: There are other great softwares that are very mature now and allow for these features. But GoToMeetings has kinda become the go-to software when you wanna interact with unknown people What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Seamless Experience
What do you like best? The ability when leading the meeting to mute people when needed. The quality of the sound and video What do you dislike? Sometimes people drop off and have to redial. This issue is not very common and overall, there haven't been too many issues to date. Sometimes there are echos but that is likely user error having both computer and phone dial in by an individual. Recommendations to others considering the product: A quick lesson on muting and not ...

GoToMeeting
What do you like best? The GoToMeeting software is very professional looking and dependable. It is really easy to use which is great when trying to connect with someone who has never used it before. What do you dislike? When comparing the GoToMeeting software to other software, the price is generally the catch. It is fairly more expensive than alternative software available for use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have used ...

The connectivity was good, even with a ton of coworkers on at once.
What do you like best? It was easy to join the meeting and listen in with it on int he background while you got other work done. It was easy to find the mute button too. What do you dislike? There is an annual fee which is why I believe my company stopped using them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to hold company wide meetings all over the states and they could be recorded for other people to watch later on.
