What do you like best? Both Video and audio are working good without any connectivity or disruption issue. What do you dislike? Sometime the audio voice does not come clearly. GoToMeeting our choice for teleconferencing world wide.

What do you like best? This tool is what we use, over other products as they have the fewest voice issues in our testing and ongoing usage. While all the video conferencing tools can do the basics for a meeting there are features in GTM that we prefer. We often share keyboard/mouse as well as screen, so we really need this for our collaboration, not all the others do this. This tool allows us to provide instant meetings internally, and externally with our clients and suppliers and staff. ...

Easy to use and provides good feedback

What do you like best? Very easy to use from both the presenting company and attendee perspective. Like the ability to see how much attention someone was paying during the presentation. What do you dislike? Nothing that I noticed that I didn't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to easily schedule webinars and see who attended, who didn't attend and if they were paying attention during the webinar.

What do you like best? Very user friendly, can have multiple employees on a one time and easy to screen share. What do you dislike? There are not a lot of functions as a trainee employee. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems being solved with GoToMeeting were training employees at a call center. We used this program to screen share with the instructor. We also did video conferencing with reps from other offices.
