What do you like best? For some 3 years now I have been using GoToMeeting. And I can testify that it has been of great help in our company. Gets the job done, but not intuitive

What do you like best? I like that go to meeting is widely used and has quality audio, video and presentation/file sharing capabilities, the tool also loads quickly and doesn't crash frequently like other tools What do you dislike?
