GoToMeeting has become our go-to for remote working

What do you like best? I very much prefer GoTo over any other video conference calling platform that I've used since becoming a remote worker in mid-March. I like that they don't give you time limits, you can easily schedule meetings and invite people, the interface is very intuitive and user friendly, and I honestly can't see myself using any other platform in the future. What do you dislike? There honestly isn't much to dislike about GoTo. It does exactly what I need it to and ...

Great way to provide tranining and remote control.

What do you like best? It is a great way to do presentations, to have people participating and also, when training people remotly you can definitely access their computer and get permission to use keyboard and mouse control. You can record the sessions, which is a great feature. They are saved in the computer in a format that won't take over too much space, and you can then convert the ones you want to re-watch or share. What do you dislike? After they updated the layout of the ...

Nice features and reliable. Screen sharing a bit slow.

What do you like best? It is reliable and easy to use. My customers can access it from their browser easily and enjoy basically the same features as in the app. I have enough control on who can access and who can be a presenter. What do you dislike? The screen sharing feature seems to be slower than in other similar apps I have tried with exactly the same connection speed. So, if I have to use this feature intensively, I tend to use other apps. Recommendations to others ...

Video call meeting, adding much more complete view sharing

What do you like best? GoToMeeting was used throughout my company. Since other branches of our staff's company are remote, this device has allowed us to make video clips of conversations with each other, instead of simply receiving simple phone calls. I think it really helped with the productivity of the staff, as well as the total efficiency to be able to have screen sharing and so on. What do you dislike? The high quality of sound and video is not excellent in combination with ...

Video conferencing

What do you like best? This was a simple video conferencing tool that I've used several years ago. Compared to others at the time it was a lot more advanced and had more features. The other benefit of this is that you could have multiple people in the same meeting as well as sharing your screen. You can also take control of another person screen which worked very well for collaborating on things that did not natively support it. What do you dislike? Compared to other video ...

Mediocre Team Tool

What do you like best? The screen sharing is seamless and quite effective. We do not face the delays that screen sharing with some other tools often have. What do you dislike? Very basic when it comes to synchronized editing of docs real time. Works better when a single person performs the edits. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Coordinating edits. Seamless screen sharing.
