I like that there is an option for chat, share screens, toggle screen control, video chat and an ability to use the headset. I like that we can easily send out emails with the URL for attending the meeting. Also, I like the screen-share and recording features. GTM allows me to schedule individual meetings, send invitation with their template, I can check out my account so I can better see the meetings I have performed.
