What do you like best? One of the positive aspects is the ease of use for our end users. It is a very robust solution and when we have a new users, is easy for them to be comfortable with screen sharing, marking up presentation materials and sharing controls. What do you like best? Sharing the screen almost always worked. What do you dislike? I had many many issues. Clients could not hear me. I could not hear them. They would have to leave the meeting and sign back in all the time. And when you only have a 30 minute slot with you client, 3 minutes of technical issues is a a big deal! What do you like best? The best is the share screening. Even if I am not the original presenter; the presenter can switch it and I can share screens right away.
