What do you like best? The ease to connect to a meeting is fantastic. Being able to interact within the meeting Q &A is streamlined. GoToMeeting is easy to use and does not require adding hardware. What do you like best? Now, with GoToMeeting, remote meetings feel as close as if they were facing the person. We no longer have those stumbling blocks in attempts to keep our internal structure coordinated for better unemployment. Now only the connection by GoToMeeting is enough and the problems disappear. Great Web Meeting Software

What do you like best? I have had several calls with supplies of our company on it, and it was easy to use. What do you dislike? It did work well but seemed to have less options than other web chat company's. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allowed use to have easy access to webchat at no cost to us.

It was ok, but not the best for what we needed.

What do you like best? I worked well when connected to those in your meeting. A lot of our sales calls were just one on one, and the video worked well. What do you dislike? I always remember just having the hardest time getting people on to the meeting. It ruined a few of them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was a way for us to connect to our prospects during sales calls, but we ended up switching over to Zoom instead.
