Easy to use with lots of extras
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to share your screen or presentation. There's no limit on the time, or number of participants. People outside your organization can easily join. I also like how the chat feature works so you can chat with the whole group, or specific participants. What do you dislike? I haven't found a way that you can mute someone and then unmute them. G2M Works for meetings
What do you like best? GotoMeeting works perfectly fine for internal meetings and customers meetings. I have very little issues actually running the meetings. What do you dislike? Recommendations to others considering the product: I think G2W is great it has worked for us for internal and external ...

Recommendations to others considering the product: Download the app in advance if dialing from ...

Also seems to restrict what a presenter or service tech can do. Often have to do things on our end as they instruct over the telephone. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you have fast internet connections on both ends. Make sure you have the ability to disable your firewall and other ...

GTM Review
What do you like best? Easy to use, good functionality, reliable What do you dislike? Not as flashy as other programs, UI is just ok What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have recently used the GTM integration with our LMS Cornerstone for virtual classes during COVID, and overall it has worked well. There are some technology issues from the end user perspective, and the setup is long and click-heavy and takes a lot of effort but ...
