Best way to collaborate remotely in the new normal times

What do you like best? My favorite thing about GoTo meeting is the ability to record meetings. Often there are times where a meeting must occur at a certain time, but not everyone is able to join. Sharing a recording is super easy, once it's done processing I get an email notification and a shareable link I can email to the person to view at their convenience. What do you dislike? Sometimes you set up meetings with people who are not familiar with using GoTo Meeting and even though ...

A robust meeting platform

What do you like best? After testing many online meeting platforms over the last couple of months thanks to the pandemic that shall not be named it seems our university has settled on GoToMeeting. The mobile app is easy to use, and we have less technical stress as compared to the times when we were using other popular alternatives on the market. It doesn't look fancy; it probably has the same features as the competition but there's one thing going for it - it just works and that's all ...

Convenient Way to Connect

What do you like best? This platform provides a great virtual meeting experience. I've never had issues with sound/video/screenshare etc. What do you dislike? It's not integrated with the rest of our software such as Microsoft Suite etc... It's also not quite as intuitive as other platforms so for those who are a little more technologically challenged it presents a few more difficulties. (But on the other hand if you like simple and sleek and aren't technologically challenged, you ...

GTM: Real time virtual conferencing tool

What do you like best? The mobile app allows me to meet colleagues, friends, family members and anyone else who can contact me from anywhere. What do you dislike? Professional plan holds only 150 partcipants, they should at least make it to 200 partcipants. Recommendations to others considering the product: GTM is the best as it encrypts every message before it is sent via SSL encryption. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

A classic option for remote coworking.

What do you like best? Goto Meeting is ubiquitous enough that many users are familiar with how it functions. The video and audio quality was always solid, any quality issues we experienced were due to our own local network issues. Screen sharing makes meetings highly collaborative and impactful, especially when training remotely. The ability to provide an audio phone call-in feature for meetings is highly useful, especially when some folks join meetings from airports, the road, ...
