"Creates solutions for today's working environment"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I really like the seamlessness it creates for managing support tickets, as an QA professional, anything that makes that part of my job eaiser and more automated, I consider it a win. "Save time, money and miles!"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I have used GoToAssist since it's initial release. It was and is far superior to original support tools like VNC from many aspects. It has saved me invaluable time, money, and miles. It has allowed me to service clients and support them from anywhere - just like I was at their desk.
