What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It is easy to have multiple sessions running without taking up a lot of resources on client PC. Allows unassisted support. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It is very simple to start a remote session, you send the code (link) through IM or email. "Great for small business"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I like that the software provider can see what you are working with to better assist. Additionally they can record the session and send it to you for reference. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? There is nothing I dislike about this service. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I prefer GoToAssist over GoToMeeting because it's easier to take control of the screen without permission to bypass having to get permission from a less computer savvy user which sometimes takes a while to get them to click the right buttons. i like that you have the option to email a code or a direct link to the application.
