"A perfect tool to troubleshoot"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The two way share. With this tool I can virtually share my screen with my peer in another city and vice versa. I also like the multi screen navigation. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I couldnt find a way to save or record the session though. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? My favorite feature out of the many that GoToAssist offers is mobile device support. We were able to provide support from our line of Iphones across the company. Configured many, many user devices with it. Some of the simplest things to do users have issues doing on the phone and without remote support trying to just talk the user through troubleshooting can really be quite difficult.
