"Awesome Software"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? One solution for a multitude of hardware and software. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? On rare occasions, I have difficulty logging into the service to render support to my end users. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing me to use several hardware and software systems to support infrastructure.

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I like that to help our customers, we can send a link to their emails, and everything is so easy for them compared to other solutions we have used before. Another thing I like is the option of inviting more agents. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? "Get Experience"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It is an easy to use product that allows me to do my job easily and efficently. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? There isn't much to not like about it except that it is slow at times. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to be on the road going to clinics to resolve basic computer issues.

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ease of use for our customers. Point them to a website provide a key. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The part that does not work well is the connection to Apple devices. The unattended install does not work consistenly. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to connect to customers quickly and easily.

"We need to use previous version but LOVE it"

Sometimes the remote users keyboard does NOT control my computer. (Password Resets - user creates own password) What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Helpdesk to end-user support.

"Been using for years and works great!"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Easy to use and intuitive along with not being too demanding on the host machine. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Nothing I can really think of other than ocassionaly on dual monitor setups I have to reload once, then fine. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to remote into machines from afar thus saving time and money for everyone!

"12 year user. Remote support sessions are easy for the end user to connect without confusion."

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Setting up unattended sessions on remote machines is quick, they remain connected. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Ability to change font size on the fly . What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to work remotely.

"Inexpensive and easy to use"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Having unlimited workstation installs is a must as our company grows. My previous remote software would charge more for every workstation added. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Having multiple dashboards.
