"Jive makes working outside of the office so easy!"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I love that I can work from home and still get my calls through Jive. I also like that it gives me privacy by connecting my office line to my cell phone so I don't have to provide people with my personal phone number if I'm working from home.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The webpage allows for quick changes in calling queues, oncall, after hours and holiday schedules, changes or awitches between phone numbers. (i.e. if you have rotating people taking the after hours)

Their Contact Center dashboard gives us live queue status and robust reporting. The visual dial-plan makes call routing a breeze!

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It is simple enough that I was able to train myself on how to use the admin portal and various functions. I don't consider myself tech savvy so that is a big positive for them.
