Jive has very good call quality, easy call routing of our 800 # , excellent software, very easy to transfer calls etc. We have probably been using their service for about a year and we are very happy with it. We recently started using their fax service which we are also happy with. What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive's all-inclusive package is fantastic as it eliminates the need to make a compromise between pricing and features. Jive is also incredibly flexible when it comes to configuration, and to date I have not run into a use case that I could build out in Jive.
