"Next Gen Phone Service"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Configurability - we have a variety of incoming phone numbers and being able to set up custom call routing based on logic that we define such as how long a call should ring here before being routed there, etc. The flexibility is great.

"Great in area, not so in others, overall good service"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The configuration is clean and easy to understand, especially the call flow (IVR menu setup) with drag-n-drop, and ability to upload or record voice or MP3 (hold music) where needed. Shared voicemail, and ability to use physical phones vs just softphones.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I think JIve's interface is really easy to use and the tech support has been outstanding; whenever I've had an issue, they were really helpful and prompt in resolving it.
