What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I think what I like best about Jive is the reliability of the product. We have been with them for over a year and they have almost had no down time and their customer service is great.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like how they pick up the phone quick when I am running into a problem and they help guide me through the process. Also the fax service is great! I like how i can receive incoming fax through my email. Works really well when I am not in the office.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? How easy it is to make my dial plan and change it as I need it, be it our hours of operation, new voicemail messages for holidays, etc. The customer service is always fabulous. I can always get a hold of someone and quickly find an answer to my inquiry.
